This design can be adjusted according to customer needs to meet a wide range of requirements related to spring characteristics.
Our company provides customized springs. The material grade covers all ranges from ordinary spring steel to nickel alloy and titanium alloy. Our cold coil spring has a maximum wire diameter of 18mm, and hot coil can be used to manufacture larger springs up to 80mm.
The process flow of heat treatment, shot peening, and presetting can be adjusted according to requirements. We provide different surface treatments for corrosion resistance requirements or required visual appearance.
